Who we are

What we collect

Only what you send us: your name, business name, email address and whatever you include in correspondence (for example, a website address for a health check). This website has no signup, no accounts and no forms that store data.

What we don't do

• No advertising pixels, no marketing cookies, no cross-site tracking.
• We never sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.
• We don't feed your personal information into public AI tools.
• The live health check stores nothing — the address you test is checked and forgotten.

We use cookieless, privacy-friendly page analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to see which pages help visitors — it uses no cookies and doesn't identify you. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (IP addresses, request times) to run the service.

Why we process it

To answer you, prepare the work you asked about, and deliver services if you become a client. That's the lawful basis: responding to your request and performing a contract.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept while it's useful for the relationship, and financial records are kept for the periods SA law requires. Ask us to delete your details and we will, promptly, unless a law requires us to keep them.

Your rights (POPIA)

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to processing — email naviel.labs@gmail.com. If we ever contact you and you'd rather we didn't again, say so once and it stops. You can also complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.
